Netflix’s youtube channel titled “Netflix After School” Released new footage for upcoming animated shows coming to Netflix. At the end of the trailer, it showcased a 9 second clip of the long awaited new tv series, Sonic Prime. The teaser shows sonic in a new 3d animation, collecting rings in green hill. As the trailer ends, it reveals that sonic has a new voice actor for this show. The current voice actor for Sonic in games is Roger Craig Smith and his movie voice is Ben Schwartz. This new voice actor has been announced to be played by Devan Mack. Devan Mack is known for voicing Chef Hatchet on Total Dramarama and Super Dinosaur. Sonic Prime cast also lists Ashleigh Ball, Shannon Chan-Kent, Brian Drummond, Vincent Tong, Ian Hanlin, Kazumi Evans, Adam Narada and in the cast list. Brian Drummond has voiced Knuckles in the past in Sonic Underground. Prime is set to debut in 2022, no date has been specified yet.
